Usually I need pin-drop silence, though sometimes I'll listen to jazzy instrumentals.

Do you have any rituals that help you begin your workday?

Meditation. Water. Coffee. In that order.

What’s your favorite productivity tip?

Turn off all notifications, set a timer for 25-45 minutes, and start! Simple but effective.

I'm working on a podcast with Cris Sgrott, where we share strategies, tips, and real-life examples on how to become more productive in your work and home environments.
